Measurement PrinciplePrinciple

Ammonium molybdate spectrophotometry. In an acidic medium, orthophosphate reacts with a chromogenic agent and a reducing agent to form a colored complex. The absorbance is measured at a specific wavelength and is proportional to the concentration of orthophosphate.

ØThe ten-way valve uses a sapphire valve core with high wear resistance, resistance to strong acids and alkalis, organic solvents, long service life, and high stability;

ØA specially designed reference method is adopted, where minor displacement of the digestion cell and minor contamination do not affect the measurement value;

ØEquipped with waste liquid separation function, enabling separate discharge of high-concentration reaction waste and low-concentration cleaning waste;

ØFeatures dynamic dilution function, automatically adjusting the dilution ratio based on the on-site set range;

ØIncludes built-in quality control functions such as spike recovery, blank testing, standard sample verification, zero-point verification, span verification, and parallel sample testing, and supports automatic, manual, and remote initiation of quality control;

ØCapable of automatic fault diagnosis and uploading/recording of abnormal information, such as component failure, over-range alarm, exceedance alarm, reagent shortage alarm, etc.;

ØEquipped with overheating protection: automatically cuts off power to the heater when the temperature is too high;

ØAfter abnormal reset or power restoration, the instrument automatically discharges residual reactants and returns to the initial working state. Features power-on alarm function, generating an alarm message when power is restored after an outage;

ØCapable of recording process logs, measurement data, and alarm information. With data recorded hourly, it can store over 5 years of data and supports quick export via USB drive;

ØFeatures three-level management permissions.
