Measurement Principle:
The thermal gas mass flow meter is designed based on the principle of thermal diffusion. This instrument uses the constant temperature difference method to accurately measure gas flow. It features compact size, high digitalization, easy installation, and accurate measurement.
Functional Features:
ØTrue mass flow meter, no temperature or pressure compensation required for gas flow measurement, convenient and accurate measurement. Can obtain gas mass flow or standard volumetric flow.
ØWide range ratio, capable of measuring gas flow rates as high as 100 Nm/s and as low as 0.1 Nm/s, suitable for gas leak detection.
ØGood shock resistance and long service life. The sensor has no moving parts or pressure sensing components, unaffected by vibration on measurement accuracy.
ØSimple installation and maintenance. Under suitable field conditions, installation and maintenance can be performed without stopping production (requires special customization).
ØDigital design. Fully digital circuit measurement ensures accurate measurement and convenient maintenance.
ØEquipped with RS-485 communication or HART communication, enabling factory automation and integration.
