The aerator of the centrifugal submersible aerator is designed with a compact structure, eliminating the need for an external air source with its self-priming function. Its main unit operates submerged to reduce area and noise. Equipped with a silencer for the intake pipe, voltage 380V, installed and used with a matching on-site stainless steel control cabinet.

The submersible aerator can be used directly in oxidation ponds, saving infrastructure costs. Additionally, the product's chassis can be designed according to user requirements.

The submersible aerator is an oxygenation device developed based on the introduction of submersible motor sealing technology and its own development of submersible aerators. This machine has multiple functions in one unit (high-speed aeration and low-speed mixing), which can serve as an aeration and mixing device in various sewage treatment processes, especially in deep pools (with depths up to 20m).

1. Flow rate is one of the important performance data for selecting a centrifugal aerator, directly related to the production and delivery capacity of the entire system. If the design process can calculate the normal, minimum, and maximum flow rates for the centrifugal aerator. When selecting a centrifugal aerator, base the selection on the flow rate, taking into account the normal flow rate; in the absence of a flow rate, usually 1.1 times the normal flow rate can be taken as the flow rate.     

2. Head is another important performance data for selecting a centrifugal aerator, generally selected with an additional 5%—10% margin.    

3. Liquid properties, including the name of the liquid medium, physical properties, chemical properties, and other characteristics. Physical properties include temperature c, density d, viscosity u, diameter of solid particles in the medium, and gas content, which relate to the system's head, calculation of effective NPSH, and selection of the appropriate pump type: chemical properties, mainly referring to the chemical corrosiveness and toxicity of the liquid medium, are important bases for selecting pump materials and the type of shaft seal.     

4. Pipeline layout conditions refer to the liquid delivery height, delivery distance, delivery direction, the lowest liquid level on the suction side, the liquid level on the discharge side, and other data, as well as pipe specifications, length, material, pipe fitting specifications, quantity, etc., to facilitate system head calculation and NPSH verification.    

5. Operating conditions include many aspects, such as the operating T of the liquid, saturated vapor pressure P, suction side pressure PS, discharge side container pressure PZ, altitude, ambient temperature, whether operation is intermittent or continuous, and whether the pump position is fixed or movable.
