Due to the use of high-quality raw materials for the PE sheets, combined with a certain proportion of EVA hot melt adhesive, and produced via co-extrusion equipment through a composite die for homogeneous melting, followed by corona treatment, a small amount of gelled material can overflow during welding and melting. Coupled with the fine texture and uniform arrangement of the nickel-chromium alloy mesh, which generates high heat per unit time, it achieves excellent fusion with PE pipelines, ensuring significant sealing effects and superior welding performance.
