DALOC 2106 High-Strength Screw Lock Adhesive, 243 Locking Adhesive: Prevents loosening of screws and nuts caused by mechanical vibration while providing excellent sealing. Traditional threaded assembly involves adding spring washers or lock nuts, secured by tension. However, there is inevitably a gap between the screw and nut. Even the most precise screws and nuts have only 20% contact area, so mechanical vibration can cause slight movement due to internal gaps. Over time, even the strongest anti-loosening structures cannot withstand prolonged vibration and will gradually loosen. DALOC Thread Locking Adhesive is applied to the threads before assembly. After assembly, the adhesive completely fills the gap between the screw and nut, achieving 100% contact and forming an integrated unit. This prevents movement and loosening due to vibration, and it can be disassembled using traditional tools. It can be applied to various pins, bolts, nuts, studs, screws, anchor bolts, porous materials, etc. Once cured, it resists corrosion from various chemical solvents, prevents vibration-induced loosening and cracking, extends screw lifespan, and maintains mechanical quality.
