I. Overview
Transmission line integrated online monitoring combines civil air defense and technical prevention, applied to tower lines to achieve full perception of transmission lines. Through wireless network technology, it enables network-layer perception applications for transmission lines. The perceived information is promptly communicated to line inspection personnel via information and other communication means, and data can be aggregated for future summarization.
II. Principle and Function
The transmission line integrated online monitoring device includes a main control unit, communication module, video monitoring device, dual-spectrum infrared wildfire monitoring device, laser anti-external damage monitoring device, microwave anti-external damage monitoring device, micro-meteorological monitoring device, tower tilt monitoring device, and power supply module. It can be deployed flexibly based on the actual conditions of the line, utilizing modules as needed.
III. Technical Parameters
1.The device hardware should use high-grade components as much as possible to improve the stability and reliability of the device's operation.
2.The design and construction of the device itself must not affect the safe and stable operation of the transmission line. The connecting parts between the device and the conductor should match the conductor cross-section, and the connecting parts should have a locking device to ensure they do not loosen during operation.
3.The communication interface and application-layer data transmission protocol must comply with the "Southern Power Grid Transmission Line Condition Monitoring System Communication Protocol." The monitoring device uploads data to a unified backend via communication methods such as GPRS/3G/4G, where the backend system performs unified data processing.
4.The monitoring device must support full-featured video and data viewing on computer clients, full-featured video and data viewing on mobile apps, and the ability to push photos taken at fixed points or preset positions via mobile WeChat.
5.The monitoring device adopts an overall low-power design. The device has different power consumption levels depending on its operating state: in the online state, the static operating power consumption should not exceed 1W, the power consumption should not exceed 3.5W, and the overall peak power consumption should not exceed 15W; in the dormant state, the static operating power consumption should not exceed 0.6W, and the power consumption should not exceed 2.5W. Dormant power consumption refers to the total power consumption when only the clock is running, and the communication module and all sensors (including the camera) are inactive or powered off. Static operating power consumption refers to the total power consumption when all sensors (excluding the camera) and the clock are operating normally, and the device is connected to the wireless communication network. Peak power consumption refers to the total power consumption when all sensors (including the camera) and the communication module are operating normally.
