Magnesium strong powder is a powdered filler with certain reinforcing functions, primarily made from ultra-fine talc powder as the main raw material, blended with a small amount of functional mineral dressings, and processed through various coupling bridging agents, advanced fatty acids, anionic surfactants, and other mixtures. In paints and coatings, magnesium strong powder exhibits excellent resistance to sun exposure, high temperatures, and does not discolor under ultraviolet light, maintaining its original gloss and color over the long term. It also offers good resistance to acid and alkali corrosion, excellent water resistance, strong resistance to pollution and aging, as well as wear resistance, steam resistance, chemical stability, and strong flame-retardant properties.

Usage Description
  1. Magnesium strong powder is used to improve the processing properties of rubber, plastic, and resin in molding, calendering, extrusion, and injection molding, and can replace 10-15% of more expensive materials to reduce raw material costs.   2. It acts as a plasticizer in rubber, plastic, and resin, especially in foam products, aiding processing and molding by reducing friction between polymer molecules, making molecular bonds easier to move, thus shortening molding time and increasing productivity in processes like compression molding and extrusion.   3. In polymers, magnesium strong powder can transform linear molecules into a three-dimensional network structure through crosslinking, enhancing the wear resistance, toughness, and anti-cracking effects (Antiblocking Effect) of the rubber mold.   4. Due to the surface mixing treatment with extremely fine particles (silica SiO2, magnesium oxide MgO) in polyolefins, it aids in controlling transparency and hardness. Adding a small amount (5-10 PHR) to transparent films can produce semi-gloss flat systems with excellent surface properties and anti-blocking characteristics.   5. In rubber and resin, it can alter the physical properties of products—increasing tensile strength, impact strength, shear strength, flexural strength, and hardness, while reducing deformation, elongation, and thermal expansion coefficient.   6. When mixed with rubber, calendering or extruding thin sheets of 8mm-10mm thickness results in a smooth and very fine surface, quickly reducing bubbles.   7. It also acts as a heat stabilizer, containing advanced fatty acid ester compounds that not only lubricate rubber and plastic products but also react with released HCl, neutralizing its degrading effects.   8. Improves tactile feel and reduces static electricity.   9. When incorporated into rubber, it makes products easier to print and coat.   10. It functions as an antioxidant, containing aromatic compounds that prevent the breakage of bond energy in polymers due to heat, light, or oxygen, which could reduce strength or make the material brittle and lose value. This is particularly significant in polyolefin plastics like PVC, EVA, TPR, PE, ABS, and various rubbers.
