| Properties: | White needle-like crystals, easily deliquescent and prone to caking; soluble in water, slightly soluble in alcohol. Decomposes into ammonia and ammonium hydrogen fluoride in hot water, and into ammonia and hydrogen fluoride when heated. Aqueous solution is acidic and can corrode glass. |
