Blades are cold-rolled from 1mm galvanized steel into corrugated shapes, with two halves spot-welded and mounted on square shafts, or formed from 2mm Q235 steel via cold pressing, with single blades punched and mounted on square shafts or welded to round shafts, ensuring robust and secure construction.
