ELSTER Diaphragm Meter Installation and Operation Manual

1. Please read this manual carefully before installation.

2. Please carefully check whether the gas working pressure and flow rate meet the requirements.

3. Ensure there are no residual impurities in the pipeline.

4. The meter body must be installed horizontally, with the inlet and outlet directions installed as indicated in Figure 1.
5. After installation, carefully check whether the installation procedure is correct.

6. During pressure testing and gas introduction, close the downstream valve, then slowly open the upstream valve to allow the gas pressure to rise gradually, avoiding sudden pressure impact on the diaphragm chamber.
7. After confirming there is no gas leakage, slowly open the downstream valve. The diaphragm inside the meter can be heard starting to move slowly. Only after ensuring the air in the pipeline has been completely purged can ignition be performed.
8. Before each ignition and combustion, the downstream valve should not be fully opened. Only after the flame is ignited should it be slowly opened to the operating state.
