Product Introduction
The fully automatic water sulfide acidification purging instrument is a pretreatment instrument specifically designed for detecting sulfides in water, in accordance with the national standards "GB/T 16489-1996 Determination of Sulfide in Water by Methylene Blue Spectrophotometry" and "HJ/T 60-2000 Determination of Sulfide in Water by Iodometric Method." The instrument features an integrated design including vertical acid addition, nitrogen purging, and acidification absorption, capable of processing 1-6 groups of samples simultaneously. Each unit is equipped with an independent rotameter to control nitrogen flow rate. With PID heating temperature control program, it automatically heats up to the set temperature, provides automatic water shortage alarm, and automatic water replenishment, significantly reducing sulfide pretreatment time. It is suitable for the determination of multiple, especially large batches of sulfide samples in laboratories.
Application Scope
Ideal for scientific research, hydrology, and other units, it is an excellent pretreatment device for acidification-purging-absorption of sulfides in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater.
Main Features
1. The entire machine adopts a parallel layout, making operation convenient and intuitive.
2. The instrument's exterior is made of corrosion-resistant materials, offering good chemical reaction stability and thermal stability, with a long service life.
3. Utilizes constant temperature water bath heating with PID temperature control program.
4. Automatic water level control, automatic water replenishment, and automatic alarm for water shortage.
5. The main unit is equipped with a dedicated interface for easy external connection to nitrogen sources; the system includes an overpressure protection system; nitrogen flow for each sample is independently controlled; built-in nitrogen flow limiting shut-off valve automatically cuts off nitrogen after acidification, saving nitrogen and protecting samples. Uses imported proportional valves to automatically adjust and switch nitrogen during the experiment, allowing operation according to standards in time segments and flow rates, with automatic adjustment during the process.
6. The hydrochloric acid inlet, gas inlet, and outlet are integrated yet independent, ensuring operations do not interfere with each other.
7. Automatic acid addition and sample introduction, automatic pipeline cleaning, and automatic waste liquid collection.
8. Two working states: water bath and non-water bath.
