Product Introduction

The Air Dustfall Sample Automatic Concentration and Evaporation Apparatus (Dustfall Automatic Concentration and Evaporator) is used for the pre-treatment of air dustfall samples through concentration and evaporation. The entire process automatically monitors the state changes of the concentrated samples without the need for manual supervision, offering convenient operation and reducing the labor intensity of laboratory personnel. The apparatus complies with the standard "Determination of Dustfall in Ambient Air—Gravimetric Method" HJ1221-2021. Method principle: Settleable particulate matter in the air settles into a dust collection jar containing an ethylene glycol aqueous solution as the collection liquid. After evaporation, drying, and weighing, the dustfall amount is calculated.

2、Supports multiple universal evaporation containers, standard equipped with 500ml beaker, compatible with 1000ml beaker;

3、Utilizes far-infrared radiation heating device, single hole single control, uniform heating, temperature control range from room temperature to 300°C;

4、The equipment features over-temperature alarm, leakage protection, and dry-burn protection functions, ensuring safety and reliability;

5、Sensor quantitative detection system, accuracy ±1g, freely preset total evaporation amount;

6、Automatically stops concentration heating when the concentrated liquid volume reaches about 20ml;

7、The screen displays the current weight of the sample and the time used in real-time, all experimental data can be reviewed.
