The fully automatic intelligent integrated distillation instrument adopts an intelligent integrated design based on laboratory distillation pretreatment operating procedures. It is a new intelligent distillation processing device that integrates constant temperature heating, automatic control of distillation endpoint, and cooling water circulation. It uses far-infrared ceramic heating devices to replace high-power electric heaters, along with intelligent distillation endpoint control, automatic cooling water temperature reduction and reflux devices, and professionally designed condenser tubes. These technologies enable precise temperature control, automatic anti-suction, uniform heating, anti-bumping, and intelligent endpoint control. It is convenient to use, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly.

Application Range

The intelligent integrated distillation instrument is widely applicable to various chemical laboratories requiring distillation processing, such as environmental monitoring, environmental protection, disease control, aquaculture, water supply and drainage, universities, research institutes, factories, and mining enterprises. It is used for distillation digestion processing of items like volatile phenols, cyanide, ammonia nitrogen, Kjeldahl nitrogen, COD, moisture in oil, as well as distillation experiments for sulfur dioxide residues in food.
