EJ-SSTQ-600 Type Water Bath Soxhlet Fat Extractor

The Soxhlet fat extractor determines fat content based on the Soxhlet extraction principle using gravimetric measurement. It dissolves fat in an organic solvent, separates the fat from the solvent through extraction, then dries and weighs it to calculate the fat content.
This instrument mainly consists of three parts: heating extraction, solvent recovery, and cooling. The heating temperature can be adjusted according to the boiling point of the reagent and ambient temperature. The sample undergoes repeated soaking and extraction during the process, achieving rapid measurement.

1. The instrument body adopts a frame-integrated design, stable and robust. The main body uses 1mm thick branded cold-rolled steel with electrostatic powder coating, making it more wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant;

6. Breaking away from the traditional box-style design, it adopts an open design inspired by foreign brands. The condenser tube uses a snap-fit fixation, making it simple, convenient, and easy to disassemble without any screws;

7. The special condenser tube bracket design is compatible with both national standard and valve solvent recovery versions of Soxhlet extractors, allowing customers to choose according to their needs;

8. Built-in circulating water pipeline for simple and convenient operation. Equipped with a specialized chiller for strong cooling effect and low energy consumption;
