I. Product Description:

The Lightweight Bacteria Collector EJ-QB101 is a supporting facility for single-use fully enclosed bacteria collection incubators. Integrated stainless steel casing design: Entirely made of L304 sanitary-grade stainless steel, meeting the requirements for high-cleanliness instruments in sterile and microbiology laboratories. It extends the instrument's service life and reduces costs associated with maintenance and replacement due to surface rust issues common in traditional bacteria collectors. The design avoids chemical corrosion on the surface, with no dead corners on the casing. Using the directional peristaltic pressure principle of the bacteria collector, microorganisms in the test sample are retained on the microporous filter membrane (0.22μm*47mm or 0.45μm*47mm) within the filter. Antimicrobial components are removed by rinsing the filter membrane, and the required culture medium is directly introduced into the fully enclosed filtration bacteria collection incubator via the sample inlet pipeline, which is then placed in an incubator for sterile culture.
