The Intelligent Sulfide Acidification Purge Instrument is a specialized pretreatment instrument tailored according to the new national standards for detecting sulfides in water. It features an integrated design with vertical acid addition, nitrogen purging, and acidification absorption, capable of processing 1-6 samples simultaneously. Each unit is equipped with an independent rotameter to control nitrogen flow rate. With PID heating and temperature control program, it automatically heats up to the set temperature, provides automatic water shortage alarm and automatic water replenishment, significantly reducing sulfide pretreatment time. It is suitable for the determination of multiple, especially large batches of sulfide samples in the laboratory.

Application Scope

Ideal for scientific research, hydrology, and other units, it is an excellent pretreatment device for acidification-purge-absorption of sulfides in surface water, groundwater, domestic sewage, and industrial wastewater.
Main Features

1. Adopts a parallel horizontal layout for convenient and intuitive operation. PLC control ensures strong and stable performance, with a 5-inch touch screen for one-touch operation;
2. The instrument's exterior is made of corrosion-resistant materials, offering good chemical reaction stability and thermal stability, with a long service life;
3. Uses constant-temperature internal circulation water bath heating, PID temperature control program with a temperature difference within ±1°C, automatic water level control, automatic water replenishment, and automatic alarm for water shortage;
4. Designed with an acid bottle stopper placement rack for easy storage during acid addition, preventing loss and ensuring safety and simplicity;
5. The main unit features a dedicated interface for easy external connection to nitrogen sources, with an overpressure protection system built into the system; each path is equipped with a pressure stabilizing valve to ensure stable nitrogen flow and save nitrogen;
6. Independent control of nitrogen flow rate for each sample, with a flow rate control range of 0.1-1L/min, complying with national standards;
7. Each path is equipped with a built-in nitrogen flow limiting shut-off valve, allowing setting of purge time. Nitrogen is automatically cut off after acidification, saving nitrogen and protecting samples;
8. The hydrochloric acid inlet, gas inlet, and outlet are integrated yet independent, ensuring non-interfering operation;
9. Vertical acid addition, with the acid addition unit and reaction bottle connected via a ground glass vertical joint; the adjustment knob of the acid addition unit is made of PTFE to prevent corrosion by acid and alkali liquids;
10. The system presets two working modes to meet both water bath and non-water bath operating conditions.
