The temperature control valve adopts the principle of paraffin thermal expansion. The semi-liquid paraffin has a high expansion rate in a small temperature range. The self-operated temperature control valve core will move in the bushing according to the heating state, so as to achieve the effect of adjusting the flow rate. The control temperature of all ENKAIR series/YINKAIR series temperature control valves is pre-set, so no adjustment is required after leaving the factory. This product has a wide range of applicable temperatures and has extremely wide applications in cooling and lubrication systems. When the temperature control valve is used for分流, at startup, all fluids do not pass through the cooler. The three-way temperature control valve returns to the system through the bypass port (B), while the outlet of the two-way temperature control valve is blocked by the bushing. When the fluid temperature rises to the controllable range, part of the fluid will enter the cooling system through the outlet (C) of the three-way temperature control valve, while the two-way temperature control valve will directly discharge this part of the fluid. Therefore, as the temperature of the medium continues to rise, more fluid will pass through the cooler or be discharged. When the temperature control valve is fully open, all the fluid will pass through the cooling system or be discharged, so as to achieve the effect of temperature adjustment.

When the temperature control valve is used for mixed flow, high-temperature fluid enters the temperature control valve through port B, while low-temperature fluid enters the temperature control valve through port C. The two fluids with different temperatures will be adjusted to the set temperature in the temperature control valve and enter the application system through port A.
