Generally, the housing materials for YINKAIR series/YINKAI series temperature control valves are cast iron, ductile iron, aluminum, copper, steel, and stainless steel. Optional configurations for YINKAIR series/YINKAI series temperature control valves include nickel-plated valve cores, fluororubber or neoprene sealing materials. The temperature control valve operates on the principle of wax thermal expansion. Semi-liquid wax has a high expansion rate within a small temperature range. The self-operated temperature control valve core moves within the bushing according to the heating state, thereby achieving flow regulation. All ENKAIR series/YINKAIR series temperature control valves have pre-set control temperatures, so no adjustment is required after leaving the factory. This product has a wide applicable temperature range and is extensively used in cooling and lubrication systems. When the temperature control valve is used for diversion, all fluid bypasses the cooler at startup. The three-way temperature control valve returns fluid to the system through the bypass port (B), while the outlet of the two-way temperature control valve is blocked by the bushing. When the fluid temperature rises to the controllable range, a portion of the fluid will enter the cooling system through the outlet (C) of the three-way temperature control valve, while the two-way temperature control valve directly discharges this portion of fluid. Thus, as the medium temperature continues to rise, more fluid will pass through the cooler or be discharged. When the temperature control valve is fully open, all fluid will pass through the cooler or be discharged, achieving temperature regulation.
When the temperature control valve is used for mixing, high-temperature fluid enters the valve through port B, while low-temperature fluid enters through port C. The two fluids of different temperatures are adjusted to the set temperature within the valve and then enter the application system through port A.
