Introduction
553-W is a special surfactant with excellent wetting, penetrating, and stripping properties, featuring both non-ionic and cationic characteristics. It is environmentally friendly, free from APEO and phosphorus, and easily biodegradable.

Features
• Excellent cleaning power, particularly suitable for removing stretching oil, stamping oil, rust preventive oil, lubricating oil, cold forging oil, and mold release agents. It effectively cleans various heavy oil stains and carbon deposits;
• Fast cleaning speed, significantly reducing cleaning time;
• A stripping-type surfactant, requiring low dosage in cleaning agents;
• Demonstrates significant advantages in cleaning at room temperature (25°C);
• Exhibits good chemical stability in acidic, alkaline, and saline environments, and is compatible with various cationic and non-ionic surfactants in aqueous formulations;
• Suitable for cleaning methods such as ultrasonic and immersion;
• Good water solubility, easy to rinse;
• Free from APEO and phosphorus, easily biodegradable.

Applications

1. Used in industrial hard surface cleaners, suitable for cleaning various oil stains on metal surfaces, especially effective for industrial heavy oil stains or carbon deposits. Ideal for room temperature use, but a small amount can be added in high-temperature spray cleaning to enhance cleaning power with minimal impact on foam;
2. Applied in kitchen, bathroom, floor cleaning, as well as daily facility cleaning for locomotives, hospitals, and hotels.

Usage Recommendations
Low dosage: For general oil stains, add 3-5% in concentrated cleaners; for heavy oil stains, add 5-8%.

This product is non-hazardous and can be stored as a general chemical in a dry, dark, cool, and well-ventilated area, sealed and kept away from fire sources. During transportation, avoid exposure to sunlight, rain, and high temperatures.
