Product Introduction

1. When the air pressure exceeds 1000Pa, the pressure relief valve automatically opens the exhaust valve to adjust the internal pressure, ensuring that the product is not deformed or damaged by high-pressure impact.

2. When the air pressure is below 50Pa, the automatic control system issues an alarm and outputs an alarm signal. The internal pressure needs to be adjusted. When air replenishment is successful, the system automatically returns to normal. Otherwise, the system can be set to automatically cut off power if necessary (according to national standards, Zone 1 requires power cutoff for low-pressure alarms, while Zone 2 does not).

3. Only when the cabinet pressure meets the specified requirements does the pressurized purging control system perform effective air exchange (Zone 1 requires 7 times the cabinet’s free space, Zone 2 requires 5 times). After effective air exchange is completed, a signal is provided to power the cabinet.

4. The working pressure inside the pressurized cabinet is 50Pa ≤ P ≤ 1000Pa.

Functions of the Pressurized Purging Control System and Structural Features of the Explosion-Proof Pressurized Cabinet

1. Its explosion-proof principle mainly involves isolating the ignition source with a medium and forming positive pressure protection to achieve electrical explosion-proofing.

2. Structurally, it can be customized as box-type, console-type, or cabinet-type based on user requirements. Cabinet-type is further divided into top-bottom and left-right structures. Box-type is typically made of welded steel plates with a sprayed plastic surface and front-door operation. Console and cabinet types use standard profiles for the frame, with sprayed surfaces and specially sealed joints. They feature front-door operation and rear-door maintenance. Steel plates generally comply with GB710-88 cold-rolled steel standards.

3. Based on the air intake method, it is divided into continuous purging type and leakage compensation type. The continuous purging type provides uninterrupted air supply, carrying away heat generated by internal components, offering excellent heat dissipation. The leakage compensation type provides intermittent air supply, with good sealing in the pressurized chamber and low air consumption.

4. The pressurized purging control system is equipped with comprehensive protection devices. Power is automatically supplied only after the specified air exchange time is met. It includes high and low-pressure audio-visual alarms, low-pressure automatic power cutoff, door-open power cutoff, and emergency manual power cutoff safety interlock protections.

6. The cabinet adopts a cable trench base installation method. Users need to provide a protective gas source.

11. The explosion-proof pressurized cabinet consists of the cabinet body and the pressurized purging control system. The gas source enters the cabinet through the purging control device to meet safety requirements. In case of low-pressure alarm, the control device outputs an alarm signal and may cut off power if necessary.

12. Under the control of the pressurized system, protective gas is introduced, creating a micro-positive pressure environment inside the chamber that prevents combustible hazardous gases from entering, ensuring the safe operation of internal ordinary instruments and electrical components.
