Engine test bench

Main Purpose:

Simulates the steady-state performance verification of engine plateau environments by replicating intake and exhaust temperatures, intake and exhaust pressures (negative pressure) under various altitude conditions.

Technical Parameters:

1) Capable of simulating pressure variations from 0m to 6500m altitude (101~42kPa), maintaining an accuracy of ±0.5kPa under test conditions;

2) Able to simulate temperature variations from 0m to 6500m altitude (room temperature to -40℃), maintaining an accuracy of ±2℃ under test conditions;

3) Supports the engine's maximum displacement (under standard atmospheric conditions), with intake and exhaust airflow pulsations during engine testing being less than 3% of the stable flow rate, and the system being leak-free;

4) The environmental simulation equipment can withstand long-term operation at engine exhaust temperatures of up to 450℃;

5) The environmental simulation equipment achieves automatic adjustment under varying engine operating conditions, with pressure parameters exhibiting rapid stability and a stabilization time not exceeding 1 minute;

6) Intake and exhaust pressures and temperatures are consistent, with a pressure difference of less than 0.5kPa and a temperature difference of less than 1℃, though exhaust temperature is not controlled.
