Introduction:
A mechanical environmental test bench refers to a multifunctional laboratory that couples vibration tables with natural real environments for loading. The vibration table surface is placed inside the environmental chamber, while the remaining components are located at the bottom of the chamber. The bottom section can independently control temperature and humidity to ensure the normal operation of the electronic and mechanical parts of the vibration table. Simultaneously, the environmental chamber can achieve conditions such as low temperature, high temperature, and air pressure, enabling the simulation of coupled tests involving mechanical (vibration) + temperature + air pressure.
Functions:
1) Vibration Table: Vibration tables are mainly divided into three categories: mechanical vibration tables, hydraulic vibration tables, and electrodynamic vibration tables.
Mechanical Vibration Table: Converts mechanical energy into kinetic energy, suitable for 5-80Hz, displacement of 3-5mm, acceleration up to 10g. Generally capable of horizontal vibration without a horizontal slip table. Commonly used for whole-machine vibration testing of products such as electronics, electrical appliances, and optical instruments.
Hydraulic Vibration Table: Frequency range typically 1-200Hz, maximum displacement 100-200mm, acceleration up to 10g. Requires a horizontal slip table for horizontal vibration. Often used for whole-vehicle vibration testing of automotive products and seismic simulation tests in construction and hydraulic engineering.
Electrodynamic Vibration Table: Frequency range typically 5-3000Hz, maximum displacement 12-25mm, acceleration up to 100g. Features a small table surface size and is commonly used for high-frequency, high-acceleration vibration testing of electrical and electronic components.
2) Temperature Control System: Provides various high and low temperature environments to meet the extreme temperature conditions endured by electrical and electronic components.
3) Low-Pressure Environment: Products operating in plateau environments or in the air are subjected to low-pressure environmental assessments.
