Introduction:

The whole vehicle environmental test chamber, also known as the whole vehicle VOC environmental chamber or automotive environmental test chamber, is designed to place the entire vehicle inside the chamber. It allows for the adjustment of environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, illumination, and background as needed. Sampling or odor assessments can be conducted within the vehicle's cockpit.

The automotive environmental simulation test device can simulate various conditions encountered during actual driving, including rain, snow, sunlight, vibration, thermal and cold loads, high and low air pressure, and driving speed.

Conducting whole vehicle tests in an environmental simulation test device offers advantages such as independence from regional, seasonal, or time constraints, the ability to replicate natural conditions and simulate extreme values, repeatable tests under identical environmental conditions, and facilitation of evaluation and detailed analysis of test data.

5. Cold start tests can be performed at low temperatures without temperature control after startup.

6. Simulates high-temperature environments with temperatures ranging from 35°C to 65°C and humidity levels from 60% RH to 80% RH.

7. Ensures the environmental control chamber maintains a slight positive pressure (0-50 PA).

8. Simulates driving wind speeds adjustable from 0 to 120 km/h (measured 30 cm from the fan outlet), with driving wind tests conducted at chamber temperatures above -15°C.
