Thermodynamic Test Bench

Main Purpose:

The main function of the thermal dynamic test bench is to regulate parameters such as pressure, flow rate, temperature, and humidity of the dry and clean air from the air source system. This test bench is used in aircraft environmental control system tests to simulate various flight mission scenarios, including engine high and medium pressure bleed air, fan stage bleed air, wing anti-ice bleed air, air supply for air conditioning equipment, ram air, and cockpit/cabin air supply. It also provides a cold source for high and low temperature environmental chambers in environmental control test laboratories.

Technical Parameters:

Outlet Pressure: 0 MPa ~ 3.5 MPa;

Pressure Change Rate: 50 kPa/s ~ 1000 kPa/s, which can be arbitrarily selected and controlled within the range of 0.2 MPa ~ 3.5 MPa;

Outlet Temperature: Room Temperature ~ 650°C;

Heating Rate: 5°C/s ~ 90°C/s, which can be arbitrarily selected and controlled within the range of 40°C ~ 650°C;

Outlet Flow Rate: 0 kg/h ~ 8000 kg/h;

Pipeline Design Pressure: 4.0 MPa
