Hardware-in-the-Loop Simulation Testbed

Introduction:

The hardware-in-the-loop simulation testbed combines the intelligent advantages of software simulation with the visual control process of the physical entity, which not only reduces experimental interference from human operation and other factors but also shortens the experimental cycle and lowers experimental costs. Through the online control and monitoring of specific equipment, the experimental process is optimized and improved in real time.

Parameters:

1) Servo drive system: rated power 120kW, speed regulation range 0～5000r/min, speed regulation accuracy 0.5%

2) Air conditioning system: high-pressure air source 23Mpa adjusted to 10MPa, 5MPa, 1MPa

3) Simulation development platform: establishment of mathematical models for combustion chambers, gas turbines, reducers, etc.; computer with i7 processor or above, 1TB high-speed hard drive, 8GB memory

4) Simulation software: compatible with Simulink simulation programs; upper computer programmed with VB/VC

5) Data acquisition: no less than 23 analog signals, including pressure, flow, temperature, speed, etc.

7) Test channels: 48 test channels, each with a sampling rate of 1000 points/second (all the above parameters can be customised according to user requirements)
