Road Surface Environmental Test Bench

Introduction:

The Road Environment Test Bench is primarily used to simulate the performance testing, stability testing, and reliability testing of various test specimens such as different road materials and road components under various climatic conditions, providing experimental data for road materials and components.

Function:

The Road Environment Test Bench can reproduce transportation road environmental conditions under laboratory settings, conducting one or multiple coupled environmental tests including road vibration, high and low temperature alternation, damp heat alternation, salt spray, icing, rain simulation, UV radiation, carbonation, salt immersion, wind, and fatigue loading. It provides environmental adaptability, stability, and accelerated testing for different road structures such as transportation materials, components, and scaled models, enhancing design and R&D capabilities. The Road Environment Test Bench can also offer controlled and stable verification, testing, and calibration for various meteorological and transportation equipment on the road.
