This capability can be expanded by adding angular oscillation modules, linear reciprocating modules, ring-block modules, and other motion modules.

Wear Measurement Each POD-4.0 includes a high-resolution wear measurement sensor. The measurement system is designed to eliminate thermal drift caused by the use of high-temperature modules. Its wide range and ultra-high sensitivity make it ideal for testing thin coatings and soft materials.

High-Precision Friction Sensor

A completely reimagined PSI-CAGE friction sensor mechanism eliminates parasitic friction while maximizing sensitivity and operational range. The meticulously optimized design adjusts stiffness and provides excellent stability without compromising measurement capabilities.
