American Vibrac Bearing Friction Torque Tester
The BRG-3000 Bearing Friction Torque Tester enables high-precision testing of the friction torque of miniature bearings used in gyroscopes, etc. It is used to inspect the surface quality of bearings, detect the dynamic friction characteristics of bearings under preload, and the system can measure the starting friction torque and running friction torque of miniature bearings; it measures the maximum torque, minimum torque, average torque of the bearings, and plots friction torque-time curves, friction torque-rotation angle curves, and speed-time curves. The equipment features automatic storage of test data and automatic generation of test reports.
Testing
Startingfrictiontorque and runningfrictiontorque can both be measured in the same system, with the same mold, and within the same test cycle. One test cycle can identify and recognize various issues with the bearing.

The test component and the drive motor should adopt a separate working design. The drive motor is equipped with optical encoder closed-loop feedback to ensure uniform motion during testing, especially at low speeds; low speed is not more than 0.5 RPM, and speed does not exceed 10 RPM.
