Steam generator operational inspection process

1. Check that the outlet water temperature, return water temperature, and pressure of the Shaanxi steam generator are normal and stable, and that combustion is good;

2. Check that the feed pump and standby pump are functioning properly;

3. Check that the pressure gauge, thermometer, and flow meter are undamaged;

4. Perform testing and treatment of the Shaanxi steam generator water quality, requiring that the makeup water has suspended solids≤20mg/h, total hardness≤216mg/h,pH(25℃)≥1, oil content≤2mg/h,and circulating waterpH=10~12;

5. Open the blowdown valve at regular intervals daily to discharge scale from the boiler.

6. The boiler should be shut down immediately under the following circumstances:

(1) When the outlet water temperature rises sharply and the difference from the corresponding saturation temperature under operating pressure is less than 20°C, or when vaporization has been detected;

When both the circulating water pump and the feed pump fail;

(2) When the pressure gauge, thermometer, and safety valve all fail;

(3) When components of the Shaanxi steam generator are damaged and pose a risk to operating personnel;

(4) When the feed pump continuously supplies water to the boiler, but the boiler pressure continues to drop;

(5) When a heating surface bursts and the outlet pressure cannot be maintained;

(6) When gas continues to be supplied after the boiler flame is extinguished.
