The semi-coke boiler features advanced design performance: The main heating surface tubes are made of 20# seamless steel pipes for low and medium-pressure boilers, the drum is constructed from boiler-specific steel plates, and the left and right headers are fabricated from seamless steel pipes. The furnace arch of the semi-coke boiler is formed by tamping refractory concrete. The rear arch is low and long, ensuring excellent combustion. The wing flues and side walls are built with refractory sintered bricks, while the front and rear walls use standard refractory bricks. The boiler grate is designed with rational air distribution, a large combustion chamber, and strong adaptability to various coal types, including bituminous coal, anthracite, and blended coal, enabling full combustion. High-temperature flue gas first enters the settling chamber, then passes through the wing flues and front smoke box on both sides, resulting in effective smoke suppression and dust removal. The Vandeli semi-coke environmentally friendly, energy-efficient, and low-emission boiler: It allows interchangeable use of semi-coke and natural gas by installing burners in the same boiler, leading the way in safe, energy-efficient, and high-efficiency atmospheric boiler technology. Energy Efficiency: The exhaust gas temperature when burning semi-coke is only about 60°C, saving up to 50% of semi-coke compared to traditional boilers. When burning oil or gas, the exhaust temperature is around 80°C, saving up to 30% of oil or gas. Environmental Protection: The boiler utilizes balanced oxygen-enriched waste heat preheating, vortex swirling infrared combustion technology. The grate has a long service life, and semi-coke burns thoroughly, making it easy to seal the furnace, ignite quickly, and burn without smoke or dust. No tall chimney is required, as flue gas can be directed to a designated location for treatment. For coal-fired boilers above 20 tons, the retrofitting solutions announced before October 31, 2016, include four options: 1. Grid connection: Boilers meeting grid connection conditions should prioritize this option. 2. Natural gas: Where pipeline networks are available, natural gas should be prioritized. 3. Adding desulfurization and denitrification equipment: Retain the coal-fired boiler while adding desulfurization and denitrification devices. 4. Semi-coke: Retrofit coal-fired boilers to use the clean energy semi-coke. Industry experts recommend that, among these options, boilers eligible for grid connection should prioritize that choice. For those ineligible, retrofitting coal-fired boilers to semi-coke boilers is the preferred alternative. This approach significantly reduces equipment investment costs, greatly lowers boiler operating expenses, and fully complies with environmental emission standards.
