The premixing chamber further disperses gas and air molecules evenly, ensuring a more complete mixture. Similar to how sawdust burns faster and more completely than a log, this technology allows combustion speed to no longer be limited by physical conditions such as gas diffusion rate, resulting in faster combustion and higher efficiency. 2. Variable Frequency Technology: Automatically adjusts output load based on demand Dingji's DC variable frequency control system automatically regulates the amount of gas and air entering the combustion chamber according to the load, precisely tracking the load to maintain optimal combustion conditions at all times. II. Surface Combustion: Low Nitrogen Emissions and Precise Heating 1. Metal Mesh Burner Head: Splits flames into countless micro-flames covering a large area for uniform heating of the heat exchanger (1) The burner head, made of special metal fibers, utilizes radiant heat transfer to enhance heat exchange efficiency. (2) The key material used in the metal fiber gas burner head is a special iron-chromium-aluminum fiber, with a diameter of approximately 30–50 μm. It achieves a combustion intensity of up to 2500 kW/m³ and withstands temperatures as high as 1300°C. Due to the compact structure of the premixed flame, which heats at close range, the combustion chamber can be designed smaller. Additionally, the metal fiber burner employs radiant heat transfer, further improving heat exchange efficiency. During combustion, the flame on the burner surface consists of countless blue flames forming a flame surface, a state known as surface combustion, which is the optimal combustion state for natural gas. This combustion method ensures complete gas combustion, uniform heat generation, and avoids localized high temperatures, preventing the formation of nitrogen oxides and carbon monoxide. Emissions are significantly below national standards, with nitrogen oxide emissions as low as 8 mg/m³.
