As a clean fuel, semi-coke produces lower levels of SO₂, NOx, dust, and heavy metals during combustion compared to raw coal. Its emission indicators fully meet environmental standards and it has been officially recognized as a clean energy source by the National Development and Reform Commission and the Hebei Provincial Government, without consuming coal usage quotas. Semi-coke boasts a high calorific value of 6,200 kcal/kg, with an annual production exceeding 100 million tons, and its price is highly competitive. However, due to its low volatile content and unique carbon particle structure, it faces challenges in ignition and complete combustion in conventional boilers, which has significantly hindered its widespread adoption in industrial applications. The promotion of semi-coke boilers has provided hope for manufacturers currently using coal-fired boilers. Our company, Shaanxi Weinan Fandel Boiler Factory, recognizing the substantial demand in this eco-friendly sector, leveraged the strong technical R&D capabilities of our parent group to tackle these challenges. Through in-depth research and continuous innovation based on existing chain-grate boiler technology, we developed a comprehensive semi-coke combustion solution that addresses issues such as low volatile content, delayed ignition, and unburned carbon particles. This led to the creation of a new environmentally friendly semi-coke boiler, along with specially designed dust removal equipment tailored to its characteristics. Fandel Semi-Coke Eco-Friendly, Energy-Efficient, Low-Emission Boiler: This boiler allows interchangeable use of semi-coke and natural gas with installed burners, setting a new standard for safety, energy efficiency, and high performance in atmospheric boilers. - **Energy Efficiency**: Exhaust gas temperature when burning semi-coke is only about 60°C, saving up to 50% of semi-coke compared to traditional boilers. When burning oil or gas, exhaust temperature is around 80°C, saving up to 30% of fuel. - **Eco-Friendly**: Features balanced oxygen-enriched waste heat preheating, vortex swirling infrared combustion technology. The grate has a long service life, and semi-coke burns completely with easy sealing, quick ignition, and smokeless, dust-free combustion. No tall chimney is required—flue gas can be directed to a designated location for treatment.
