Currently, the fuel used in condensing gas hot water heating boilers is primarily natural gas, which is a high-quality fuel. In the actual working process, it also follows the principles of energy conservation and energy conversion. That is, the mechanism and conversion of energy aim to facilitate fuel combustion, during which oxygen is indispensable. From the current operational status of most boilers, the oxygen required for combustion comes from the external air.

After the molecules of natural gas and oxygen mix, the natural gas molecules combine with oxygen molecules, and both possess a certain temperature. In other words, the molecules participating in the combustion reaction themselves store a certain amount of energy. This energy is sufficient to enable these molecules to overcome the internal forces between them, so that when the molecules collide, they can generate enough force to break the bonds of the initial substances, then form stable new bonds, and ultimately lead to the formation of reaction products.

From a strict analysis based on the principle of energy conservation, the total energy q released by the gas entering the condensing gas hot water heating boiler system is theoretically equal to the total energy discharged by the boiler system. This includes the heat absorbed by the boiler water q1, the heat absorbed by the circulating water q2, the loss due to incomplete combustion q3, heat dissipation q4, and flue gas emission q5. That is, q = q1 + q2 + q3 + q4 + q5. The variation in total heat value needs to be adjusted according to the actual operating state of the condensing gas hot water heating boiler and the different changes in return water temperature or outlet water temperature circulation. From this process, it can be understood that the delivery amounts of gas and air should be appropriately adjusted based on the changes in required total heat to improve the combustion efficiency of natural gas.
