Features of Vandelix Gas Modular Boilers I. Modular design, simple structure, flexible and convenient installation The concept of modular boilers is equivalent to splitting a single large boiler into several smaller ones. Therefore, modular boilers can achieve the scale of any steam tonnage of a single boiler through "simple parallel combination" in quantity. Thus, modular boilers can replace various heating and hot water boilers commonly used below 10 steam tons. In large boilers, the air and gas mixture is delivered into the furnace by a blower, which generates significant noise, causing sound pollution and worsening the working environment for employees. In contrast, modular boilers utilize atmospheric combustion, eliminating the need for a blower. As a result, noise is very low—only a slight "whooshing" sound is heard during combustion, with no other noises. Most modular boilers use burners made of special aluminized steel materials, specifically designed through aerodynamic processes to ensure efficient gas combustion. Tests have shown a combustion efficiency of over 98%. Complete combustion reduces the nitrogen oxide content in the combustion byproduct—flue gas—resulting in minimal environmental pollution. Atmospheric Direct-Fired Steel Modular Boiler Gas Cut-off Protection Device The gas pipeline is equipped with a high-pressure switch and a low-pressure switch. When the gas supply is cut off or the gas pressure drops below a certain value, the low-pressure switch closes, and the system locks itself. When the gas pressure is too high, the high-pressure switch closes, and the system locks itself. Power Failure Protection Device In the event of a power outage, the system automatically closes the gas valve. When power is restored, the system automatically restarts. Zoned Temperature Control System (Optional for Users) The automatic control system of the gas modular boiler includes a user room temperature automatic control device. A temperature controller is installed indoors to manage the operation of solenoid valves and the boiler. Users set a desired temperature. When the room temperature falls below the set temperature, the controller signals the boiler to start automatically, and the solenoid valve opens to begin heating. When the room temperature exceeds the set temperature, the controller signals the solenoid valve to close, stopping the heat supply. When solenoid valves in all zones are closed, the boiler automatically stops operating. This system ensures that the indoor temperature meets user requirements, providing both comfort and energy savings (users can lower the temperature setting when high heat is not needed or when they are not indoors, avoiding energy waste). Gas modular boilers offer significant energy-saving effects: the system automatically adjusts the output of each modular boiler based on temperature changes indoors and outdoors over time, ensuring a constant balance between heat demand and supply. Compared to large single boilers, energy savings of about 30% are achieved: (1) Large single boilers experience a 12% decrease in annual fuel utilization due to heat load fluctuations; (2) Large single boilers incur a 7% standby heat loss during heat load fluctuations; (3) Large single boilers suffer a 4.5% increase in chemical combustion loss during heat load fluctuations; (4) The forced-draft combustion method of large single boilers increases electricity consumption by 2%; (5) Ventilation regulators equipped with modular combination boilers can save 2% on fuel costs; (6) The use of intelligent control systems with modular combination boilers can reduce energy consumption by 2.6%.
