Additional Information

I. Condensing modular boilers feature a modular design, simple structure, and flexible, convenient installation. The modular concept of condensing modular boilers essentially breaks down a single large boiler into several smaller units (each with a volume of less than 1 m³). This allows condensing modular boilers to achieve any desired steam tonnage through simple parallel combinations, making them suitable replacements for various heating and hot water boilers below 10 steam tons commonly used today. The modular design of condensing modular boilers gives them the following characteristics: 1. Each modular boiler serves as a backup for the others, significantly improving equipment and investment utilization as well as operational safety. If one module fails unexpectedly, the impact on heating is minimal—only 1/N (where N is the number of boilers). 2. Condensing modular boilers offer excellent scalability. As heating and domestic hot water loads change (increase or decrease), the number of boilers can be easily adjusted to meet heating needs with minimal additional investment, unlike single large boilers, which are difficult to scale. 3. Condensing modular boilers have low infrastructure requirements, substantially reducing construction costs. Smaller modules can enter the boiler room through standard doors, and their layout can be customized to the room’s dimensions—for example, a narrow, elongated boiler room can accommodate a similarly arranged setup. These boilers do not require special foundations or expensive, earthquake-resistant brick-concrete structures, making them ideal for retrofitting and expansion projects. II. Condensing modular boilers have a long service life, are easy to maintain, and are highly durable. Fully premixed condensing low-nitrogen modular boilers are designed for a service life of up to 30 years. Constructed from alloy steel, these boilers offer strong resistance to oxidation and better corrosion resistance against acids and alkalis compared to copper or lead. Special anti-scaling treatments further extend their lifespan beyond 30 years, whereas large boilers typically last only 10–15 years. Replacing large boilers after 15 years, combined with operational costs, results in condensing modular boilers offering 30%–40% higher annualized cost savings compared to cast lead, copper, cast iron, or steel boilers. III. Condensing modular boilers feature advanced control systems for safe and reliable operation. 1. These boilers are generally equipped with the following safety devices: ① Flame reversal switch ② Leak-proof gas solenoid valve with excellent switching performance ③ Backdraft prevention switch ④ High-temperature limiter ⑤ Fully automatic ignition device ⑥ Gas leak detection interlock (optional) ⑦ Safety valve 2. Condensing modular boilers typically use atmospheric combustion, which greatly enhances safety. In single large boilers, improper purging during ignition can leave combustible gas in the furnace, leading to flare-ups or even explosions. In contrast, condensing modular boilers have a simple combustion process similar to residential gas water heaters: gas is delivered through distribution pipes to the burner, while air enters through slots at the bottom of the boiler, mixing thoroughly with the gas before ignition. Even if a gas leak causes a flare-up, the modular design provides sufficient venting area to expel excess gas safely. Large single boilers, with their enclosed combustion chambers, risk explosion if gas accumulates and is ignited. IV. Condensing modular boilers are clean, environmentally friendly, and low-noise. Large boilers require blowers to force air-gas mixtures into the furnace, generating significant noise that pollutes the environment and worsens working conditions. Condensing modular boilers use atmospheric combustion, eliminating the need for blowers and reducing noise to a faint "whooshing" sound during operation. Most condensing modular boilers use specially aluminized steel burners designed with aerodynamic principles to ensure highly efficient combustion. Tests show combustion efficiency exceeding 98%, with thorough burning reducing nitrogen oxide emissions in flue gas and minimizing environmental impact. V. Condensing modular boilers are highly efficient, energy-saving, and cost-effective to operate. Featuring high-efficiency heat exchange design, extensive heating surface layout, long flue gas travel, multi-pass heat exchange, and latent heat recovery technology, these boilers have small water volumes and provide instant heating with extremely high thermal efficiency.
