RETZ Imported Drum Type Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve

The RETZ imported drum-type pneumatic diaphragm valve is mainly composed of the valve body, valve cover, diaphragm, valve seat, and operating mechanism. When a control signal (such as air pressure) enters the operating mechanism, it transmits the air pressure to the air chamber in the valve body, increasing the gas pressure inside the chamber. This causes the upper part of the diaphragm to move downward, compressing the medium in the liquid pipeline and closing the valve. Conversely, when the control signal disappears, the operating mechanism releases the air pressure from the chamber, reducing the gas pressure inside. The upper part of the diaphragm then rebounds, allowing liquid to flow through the valve, thereby opening it. Since the diaphragm part of the pneumatic diaphragm valve can completely isolate the medium inside the valve from the external environment, it is commonly used for controlling corrosive, crystallizable, high-viscosity, and other challenging media.

Application--

The pneumatic diaphragm valve is mainly composed of the valve body, valve cover, diaphragm, valve seat, and operating mechanism. Principle--

When the pressure medium enters the valve control chamber and the diaphragm is pressed downward, the valve passage is closed. When the diaphragm rises, the valve passage opens. The diaphragm valve has no valve stem, sealing gasket, or directional seat; the only moving part in the passage is the diaphragm. Therefore, there is no risk of corrosion or seizing, ensuring higher stability.
