(Double-acting, single-acting) pneumatic PVC plastic diaphragm valves use compressed air to drive the diaphragm. When the pressure medium enters the valve control chamber, the diaphragm is pressed downward, closing the valve channel. When the pressure in the control chamber is released to the atmosphere or downstream pipeline, the diaphragm rises, opening the valve channel, thereby achieving the isolation of fluid media in the process pipeline.

Due to the use of a corrosion-resistant PVC valve body, a corrosion-resistant diaphragm, a stuffing box-free structure, an elastic diaphragm as the throttling element, and a smooth valve body flow path, pneumatic diaphragm valves offer low resistance, high flow rate, no external leakage, and are convenient and reliable. They are suitable for acids, alkalis, highly corrosive, high-viscosity, particle-containing, fibrous, toxic, and non-polluting media in industrial automation systems.
