This mixture enters an oxidizer, where methanol is oxidized and dehydrogenated into formaldehyde under the action of a silver catalyst. The product enjoys a stable market with promising prospects, primarily sold within Shandong Province. Its customers include density board manufacturers, resin producers, cement additive industries, and other formaldehyde producers in the Tai'an region, with a local market share exceeding 90%.
