★ Function of the Grid Apron

　　The grid apron acts as a "conveyor belt" and a "condenser." Its task is to transport the drafted sliver, moving at the same speed as the delivery roller, allowing the airflow to condense the fiber bundle until it enters the twisting zone. It requires appropriate "air permeability" and must pass through the airflow "steadily."

　　★ Porosity

　　The "air permeability" of the grid apron is approximately proportional to its "porosity." "Porosity" is related to the diameter of the warp and weft monofilaments and the density of the warp and weft threads.

　　★ Antistatic Property

　　Synthetic fibers have very high electrical resistance, reaching the gigohm (10^12) level. According to textile standards, this falls into the "poor antistatic performance" category. For textiles, a surface resistance below the megohm (10^9) level indicates good antistatic performance.

　　Our products are made from imported carbon-coated nylon filaments, with a surface resistivity between 20KΩ/CM and 50KΩ/CM, which is far below 10^6Ω/CM, ensuring excellent antistatic performance.
