Berkeley High-Temperature Resistant Rubber Transfer Vulcanization Release Agent

  Berkley produces and sells high-temperature resistant rubber transfer vulcanization release agents UCB541/542, synthesized from imported chemical raw materials. UCB541 is used for various high-temperature primary vulcanization rubbers and secondary vulcanization rubber products such as chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, TPR, TPV, including inner and outer tires, belts, shoe soles, rubber gloves, basketballs, and other rubber sports goods and industrial rubber products. Operation process: First, apply a layer of UCB541 vulcanization release agent on PET or PP film, then screen print or color print patterns on the coated release surface. After the ink layer dries, attach the transfer film to the surface of the uncured rubber product, remove the backing film, and proceed with vulcanization. UCB541 is generally used for secondary vulcanization rubber products and is available in both glossy and matte finishes.

    UCB542 is used for high-temperature primary vulcanization rubber products. When using transfer film coated with UCB542 release agent for primary vulcanization rubber at high temperatures, it remains stable without discoloration or deformation for extended periods at 200-300°C for 2 hours, providing consistent release and protection for the transferred graphics. UCB542 can be applied via screen printing or gravure coating and is available in single-component and dual-component formulations, with both matte and glossy surface options.
