The OKE Electric Through Single Seat Control Valve from the United States consists of an OKE series (or PSL series) linear-stroke electric actuator and a through single seat valve. It features servo functionality, accepts a unified standard signal of 4-20mA or 1-5V·DC, converts the current signal into corresponding linear displacement, and automatically adjusts the valve opening to continuously regulate process parameters such as pressure, flow, temperature, and liquid level of fluids in pipelines. It is suitable for applications requiring strict leakage control, low differential pressure across the valve, and handling of certain viscous fluids or media containing small amounts of fibers.

1. This series adopts a fully detachable structure with low operating torque. Internal valve components (including valve seat, valve core, throttling assembly, seals, etc.) can be removed from the valve cavity, making maintenance extremely convenient. The valve body does not need to be cut from the pipeline, ensuring long-term use.

2. The valve core employs a balanced plunger structure, providing low operating torque and high sensitivity in regulation.

3. The throttling assembly consists of a multi-orifice plate collector-type throttling ring and a sleeve-type throttling sleeve, paired with a flow equalizing cover. This design ensures cavitation-free operation at small flows and high pressure differentials, high flow capacity, excellent regulation performance, and noiseless fluid discharge with smooth flow. It fully meets the demands of harsh conditions such as high pressure differentials, effectively enabling flow regulation and control of high-temperature, high-pressure differential fluids with good adjustability and high precision.

4. The throttling ring enables multi-stage pressure reduction and throttling within 55% of the valve's working stroke.

5. The sealing surfaces of the valve core and valve seat are hard-faced with Stellite alloy, providing resistance to erosion and corrosion.
