The working principle of the electric high-pressure cage control valve involves the electric actuator receiving control signals to drive the valve core to move within the valve body, thereby changing the cross-sectional area of the fluid passage to achieve precise control of fluid flow. The electric actuator typically receives 4-20mA or 0-10mA·DC signals and converts these signals into corresponding linear displacement to control the opening of the control valve.

Structural Design

The valve body of the electric high-pressure cage control valve usually adopts a straight-through design, with a single-guided valve core and a simple flow path that offers low resistance. The valve core is often equipped with combined sealing rings or piston rings to ensure excellent sealing performance.
