The imported stainless steel high-pressure solenoid valve core adopts a stainless steel piston type. The piston ring will not be stuck by impurities in the medium, further enhancing the valve's lifespan and reliability. It can operate continuously and frequently, with high dynamic sealing performance and a long service life.
Mainly used in various medium-temperature, high-temperature, normal-pressure, and high-pressure applications. Suitable for automatic control in pipelines carrying medium/high-temperature hot water, thermal oil, high-temperature steam, saturated steam, and superheated steam. Widely applied in equipment, garment machinery, petrochemicals, biopharmaceuticals, HVAC, electroplating and coating, drying equipment, rubber and plastic machinery, food and beverage, papermaking, printing and dyeing, as well as power and mining industries. It is a product for automation control engineering, project upgrades, and equipment matching.

Normally Closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot hole opens, the upper valve chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via the spring, the pilot hole closes, and the valve chamber is pressurized through the piston throttle hole and the reset spring's thrust, closing the solenoid valve.
Normally Open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closes, and the upper valve chamber is pressurized through the piston throttle hole and the reset spring's thrust, closing the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via the spring, the pilot hole opens, the upper valve chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve.

2. The piston ring is made of a special wear-resistant material, flexible and not easily stuck by impurities in the medium. It features automatic gap compensation and high dynamic sealing performance.
3. The metal piston and metal valve chamber do not directly rub against each other, extending the piston's lifespan and allowing over a million continuous operations.
4. The valve body can be installed in any orientation: vertical, horizontal, or inclined.
5. The coil is not easily burned out. The reasonable sealing structure ensures better sealing performance.
6. It remains highly responsive even after long periods of inactivity.
