OKE Steam Solenoid Valve Overview

The valve cores of imported high-temperature steam solenoid valves are made of stainless steel with a piston structure. The piston rings are crafted from special temperature-resistant and wear-resistant materials. The piston does not directly rub against the metal valve chamber, and the valve body can be installed in any direction. The specially designed coil is resistant to burnout. Even after prolonged inactivity, the valve remains highly responsive upon restart. It is suitable for steam solenoid valve applications in aerospace, shipbuilding, heavy industry, chemical processing, boilers, heating equipment, drying equipment, food and medical equipment, cleaning systems, and other heating pipeline systems.

Normally Closed: When the coil is energized, the pilot valve core is attracted, the pilot hole opens, the upper valve chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via spring force, the pilot hole closes, and the valve chamber is pressurized through the piston throttle hole combined with the reset spring's thrust, closing the solenoid valve.
Normally Open: When the coil is energized, the pilot hole closes, and the upper valve chamber is pressurized via the piston throttle hole along with the reset spring's thrust, closing the solenoid valve. When the coil is de-energized, the pilot valve core resets via spring force, the pilot hole opens, the upper valve chamber depressurizes, and the piston is pushed by the medium pressure in the lower chamber, opening the solenoid valve.
