The imported high-temperature and high-pressure solenoid valve adopts a metal hard seal, enhancing its operating temperature. The medium fluid temperature can reach up to 425°C. Wear resistance: With reasonable material selection, the valve cup and guide sleeve cleverly utilize the lubricating effect of the fluid to reduce wear. Using the lever principle ensures complete isolation between the coil and the valve body. This valve is a pilot-operated direct-acting solenoid valve with a wide range of applicable media, suitable for fluids such as water, light oil, heavy oil, non-corrosive gases, and steam. For example, it is used in power plant exhaust pipeline drainage systems and evaporator exhaust systems, primarily for dual-position automatic regulation and remote control of the medium in the pipeline.

When the solenoid is energized, the connecting rod is lifted, driving the rotating shaft to turn and opening the pilot valve. As the pilot valve opens, the pressure fluid above the main valve cup is discharged, creating higher pressure below the main valve cup than above. This pressure difference pushes the main valve cup upward, opening the main valve. Once the main valve is open, the pressure above and below equalizes. The valve cup remains balanced under the combined action of electromagnetic force and pressure, keeping the valve open. When de-energized, the armature's self-weight and the return spring close the pilot valve. After the pilot valve closes, the pressure above the main valve cup increases, pressing it down to achieve shut-off sealing and close the valve.

6. It remains highly responsive even after long periods of inactivity.
