OKE Gas Solenoid Valve Overview

The American OKE imported gas solenoid valve is used in nitrogen pipelines. Powered by electricity, it operates by activating the magnetic coil to open or close the nitrogen valve. It adopts a pilot piston structure with a stainless steel piston core. The piston ring is not easily jammed by impurities in the medium, significantly enhancing the valve's lifespan, reliability, and suitability for frequent operation. It features high dynamic sealing performance and a long service life.

Normally Closed: Opens when energized, closes when de-energized.

Normally Open: Closes when energized, opens when de-energized.

Note: If the outlet pressure exceeds the inlet pressure, the medium may flow in reverse. A check valve can be installed to prevent this.

OKE Gas Solenoid Valve Features

1. All internal components of the solenoid valve are made of stainless steel, manufactured using CNC machining centers, ensuring high dimensional accuracy and excellent product interchangeability.

2. The piston ring is made of a special wear-resistant material that flexes freely and is not prone to jamming by impurities in the medium. It features automatic gap compensation and high dynamic sealing performance.

3. The metal piston and metal valve chamber do not directly rub against each other, extending the piston's lifespan and allowing for over a million continuous operations.

4. The valve body can be installed in any orientation: vertical, horizontal, or inclined.

5. The coil is resistant to burning out. The rational sealing structure provides better sealing performance.

6. The valve remains highly responsive even after long periods of inactivity.
