II. A28X-16T New Air Compressor Safety Valve Function: 

The air compressor is directly driven by an electric motor, which causes the crankshaft to rotate, driving the connecting rod to make the piston reciprocate, resulting in changes in cylinder volume. Due to pressure changes in the cylinder, air enters the cylinder through the intake valve via the air filter (silencer). During the compression stroke, as the cylinder volume decreases, compressed air is forced through the exhaust valve, via the exhaust pipe and check valve (non-return valve), into the air storage tank. When the exhaust pressure reaches the rated pressure of 0.7 MPa, the pressure switch controls the safety valve to automatically shut down. When the air storage tank pressure drops to 0.5--0.6 MPa, the pressure switch automatically reconnects to start. Its main role is to protect the equipment.
