The carbon purification high-purity nitrogen generator utilizes physical or chemical methods to remove impurities from nitrogen gas, serving as a general term for devices that eliminate contaminants. Currently, industrial nitrogen purification primarily focuses on removing oxygen from nitrogen to enhance its purity.
The carbon purification high-purity nitrogen generator employs a PSA pressure swing adsorption nitrogen generator to produce nitrogen with a purity of 99.9%. The nitrogen is then fed into a nitrogen purification unit, where its purity is elevated to over 99.999%. At a specific temperature, residual oxygen in the nitrogen reacts with the deoxidizing agent, thereby removing oxygen from the nitrogen. The gas, after deoxygenation, passes through a cooler and a dryer to remove moisture, achieving a dew point temperature (water content) of below -60°C. The dryer system consists of two units: one performs adsorption drying, while the other regenerates the dryer saturated with moisture, preparing it for the next adsorption cycle. The dried nitrogen is then filtered to remove dust, resulting in high-purity nitrogen. Nitrogen purification ensures oxygen-free purity (O₂ ≤ 5 ppm, CO₂ ≤ 5 ppm), with the highest deoxygenation depth reaching within 5 ppm. Using carbon as the deoxidizing agent (T3093), it purifies nitrogen with 99.9% purity through deoxygenation.

3. Proper handling of byproducts without affecting nitrogen quality: Inert gases and moisture generated from the reaction are effectively removed through the dryer system.
