Working Principle of Oxygen Generators for Oxygen Stations
The molecular sieve oxygen generators produced by Lecheng Company separate air primarily through two adsorption towers filled with molecular sieves. Under normal temperature conditions, compressed air is filtered, dried, and purified before entering the adsorption towers. In the towers, nitrogen and other components in the air are adsorbed by the molecular sieves, enriching the oxygen in the gas phase. The oxygen flows out from the outlet and is stored in an oxygen buffer tank. Meanwhile, the molecular sieve in the other tower, having completed adsorption, is rapidly depressurized to release the adsorbed components. The two towers alternate cycles, producing low-cost oxygen with a purity of ≥90%. The entire system's valve switching is automatically controlled by a computer.
