Process Flow of the Grain Storage Nitrogen Generator

The nitrogen generation system mainly consists of three parts: air compression, air purification, and nitrogen-oxygen separation and delivery.
Air is compressed by the compressor to 7.0-8.5 Bar. It then passes through the three-stage filter, refrigerated dryer, and activated carbon oil remover in the purification system to remove most of the moisture, oil, and particulate impurities, providing a safer air source for the subsequent nitrogen generation host.
The air enters the two adsorption towers of the nitrogen generation host. The towers are filled with high-performance carbon molecular sieves specifically designed for oxygen adsorption. Based on their different "selective adsorption" of nitrogen and oxygen in the air under pressure, the automatic switching of valves enables the two towers to undergo a pressure swing adsorption (PSA) process of "pressurized adsorption and depressurized desorption." Specifically, under pressure, the molecular sieve adsorbs oxygen while allowing nitrogen to pass through, which is then collected and delivered. When adsorption saturation is reached, the system automatically switches to the other tower for pressurized adsorption, while the current tower is depressurized to release the adsorbed oxygen. This alternating process continuously produces high-purity nitrogen.
